Our extension price guide is here to give you a clear idea of what your dream hair may cost. To find your desired length, measure from your temple down to where you envision your hair falling. Most guests need a minimum of two packs of hair, while those with naturally thicker hair or those wanting extra fullness may need more. The total amount depends on whether you’re adding length, thickness, or both, and how many rows are recommended to create your perfect, seamless result.

Your Guide to Beautiful Extensions

When washing, be sure to gently clean between extension rows and rinse thoroughly.

To brush, use a wide-tooth comb or brush recommended by your stylist to gently detangle your extensions at least twice a day. Hold the top of the wefts to your scalp to prevent unnecessary tension on your natural hair, starting from the ends and working your way up.  Be sure to detangle between rows to avoiding matting and breakage. Use detangling products recommended by your stylist to minimize breakage.

Brushing and Washing

After exposure to salt water or chlorine, rinse your hair thoroughly, then condition and reapply oil to prevent dryness and discoloration. Tie hair up in a loose braid or ponytail before exercising, swimming, boating or any windy conditions to minimize tangling.

Swimming & Exercizing

Use only professional products recommended by your stylist to preserve hair integrity. Apply oil to the extension hair daily and use a detangler when brushing wet hair. Use a deep conditioning treatment once a week to maintain hydration and softness.

Avoid applying oils or heavy conditioners directly on the top of the wefts, as this can cause buildup and cause damage or loosen the beads.

Products

When using heat tools, always apply a heat protectant spray and oil. Use low to medium heat settings and never exceed 350°F to prevent damage. Avoid excessive tugging or tight hairstyles that can strain the wefts.

Never apply heat directly to the top of the wefts, as this can melt the small silicone strip at the top of the wefts or cause heat damage to the thread holding the wefts in place. This includes flat irons, curling irons as well as blow dryers.

Heat Styling

Brush, and Braid or place your hair in a loose ponytail before bed to prevent tangling.

Consider using a silk or satin bonnet or pillowcase to reduce friction and frizz. Never sleep with wet or damp hair, as this can cause matting and tangling and breakage.

Sleeping

Sunscreen can damage hair extensions. Ingredients like avobenzone can turn extensions pink, peach, or gold. Always use a hair extension-safe sunscreen to protect the color and integrity of your extensions. (Your stylist is not liable for discoloration caused by using non-recommended sunscreen, as it cannot be removed).

If you notice excessive shedding, loosening of the wefts, or accidently ripped beads, contact your stylist immediately for adjustments.

FAQ’s

  • The lifespan of hair extensions depends on the quality of the hair, how well they are maintained, and your daily routine. We exclusively use high-quality, 100% human hair extensions, which can last anywhere from 6 months to over a year with proper care. Regular washing with the right products, gentle brushing, and mindful care during daily activities all contribute to their longevity.

  • With the IBE method, damage only occurs when extensions aren’t properly cared for. This includes both at-home maintenance and keeping up with regular salon appointments. It’s important to be gentle when pulling the hair up, especially at the tension points. Don’t worry—we’ll go over all the details thoroughly during your consultation.

  • Not at all. We install the hair in a way that ensures maximum comfort, allowing it to move freely and naturally from the start. For first-time clients and those with sensitive scalps, we can intentionally set the tension to feel as if it’s already been worn for a few days, providing extra ease and comfort. With this technique, you—and everyone around you—will be convinced it’s your own natural hair. In fact, you’ll forget it isn’t yours!

  • This depends on your hair growth rate and how you like them to feel. Extensions should be moved up once they grow out about an inch at the most, which typically happens around 8 to 10 weeks. Think of it as needing a move-up around every other root touch-up. Again, this is customized to you and your individual hair needs.

  • Yes! You can curl, straighten, and style your extensions just like your natural hair. Since we use high-quality, 100% human hair extensions, they can handle heat styling. However, to maintain their longevity, always use a heat protectant, keep the temperature moderate, and avoid excessive heat styling. Proper care will keep your extensions looking beautiful and healthy for longer!

  • Yes! You can wear your hair up with extensions, but it’s important to be mindful of the tension points. With the IBE method, extensions are placed strategically to allow for versatile styling, including ponytails, buns, and updos. Just be gentle when pulling your hair up to avoid unnecessary stress on the attachment points. We’ll guide you on the best way to style your hair comfortably during your appointment!

  • Yes, you can swim with hair extensions, but proper care is essential to maintain their condition. Chlorine and saltwater can dry out and weaken the hair, so before swimming, rinse your hair with clean water and apply a leave-in conditioner to minimize absorption and prevent dryness. After swimming, always rinse thoroughly with fresh water to remove salt or chlorine residue. To further protect your extensions, consider braiding your hair, securing it in a low ponytail, or wearing a swim cap. These steps will help keep your extensions tangle-free and looking their best.
